DOP Mainnet Campaign Concludes

main

Our Mainnet Rewards Campaign, launched last year to incentivize the use of the DOP protocol, has now officially come to an end. We want to extend our appreciation to every community member who participated by encrypting assets, referring friends, and engaging with the protocol’s features. A final snapshot of all participant points was taken on May 31, 2025, marking the conclusion of this chapter.

Token Distribution in DOP v2

Many participants are keen to know about the distribution of their earned rewards. The $DOP tokens from the campaign will be distributed as part of the upcoming launch of DOP-v2.

The process is designed to be straightforward. Your campaign rewards will live in a dedicated rewards contract. When you migrate, you’ll receive your migrated DOP-v2 first. Then, in the same cycle, you’ll make a second claim to pull your campaign rewards. The rewards stream will follow the adaptive vesting cadence of DOP-v2.

In short, this means that you’ll claim twice per cycle: once for migrated tokens, once for campaign rewards.

It’s one extra click, but the separation keeps the migration contract lean and the reward logic fully auditable. Detailed step-by-step instructions will be published before the window opens.

A New Purpose for Ecosystem Growth

As we prepare for DOP-v2, we are also refining our strategy for long-term growth. The 1% of the token supply that was originally set aside for Part 2 of the Mainnet Campaign will be repurposed. These funds will now fuel a dedicated grants and partnerships program. This initiative will support developers and projects building on DOP, helping to expand the ecosystem for the benefit of all users.

The Whitelist Mechanism and Migration

The transition to DOP-v2 involves a token migration process that requires a compliance check for every participating address. To be eligible for the migration, your address must be whitelisted by DOP’s integrated compliance systems.

In line with regulatory standards, this process means that addresses associated with OFAC-sanctioned countries or those on specific sanction lists will not be able to participate. Please note that we cannot commit to the ability to return funds from any address that does not pass the compliance verification.

Thank you again for your foundational support during the Mainnet Campaign. We are now focusing our efforts on the launch of DOP-v2 and will provide further details on the migration timeline soon.
